While we are home with your pets outside of these hours, we like to keep drop offs and pick up between business hours out of respect for our neighbors. We are highly experienced with over 20 years of caring for pets. Your pet will have access to areas of the home and will hang out as if they lived there themselves. Your pet will be treated like one of our own! We accept all pets, from Great Danes and cats, to rabbits, birds, and snakes. We have extensive experience with a wide variety of animals. It is important to understand that for the safety of all pets, your pet will be crated during feeding times, night time hours (while sleeping), during weather related emergencies, and in the rare instances that no one is at the home (due to needing to run errands or the likes). What will your pet’s stay look like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In order for your pet to stay with us they must meet the following minimum requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We provide the home, toys (monitored), and belly rubs. You will need to bring the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While we do not require meet and greets, we do offer them as long as scheduling allows. Meet and greets are only meant for the client to bring their pet by to meet Samantha and\/or Brayden, and for the client to see the yard\/areas of the home where your pet will be allowed and will be sleeping. There will be no introductions to, or interactions with, other pets during the meet and greet. All pet introductions will be done on the day of drop off AFTER the client has left. Our insurance does not cover incidents that arise while the pet owner is on the premises or during meet and greets. There is a place on the ‘New Client Registration’ form where you can indicate whether or not you would like a meet and greet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer two services currently. Boarding and Daycare. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Daycare<\/strong>: Daycare is available 7 days a week. Please see our Holiday procedures below for information regarding daycare on holidays. In order to book your pet for daycare you will need to first complete the new client registration form (if you are a new client). Once you’ve completed the registration form (this only needs to be done once as that will create a record in our system for you), head over to the ‘services’ tab and click the ‘book now’ under the Daycation section. Fill out the booking request form. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you are submitting a last minute request it will be better to follow up with us with a direct email to anamzingpetvacay@gmail.com or text us at 336-250-6744. There is no deposit required for daycare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Boarding<\/strong>: Boarding is available 7 days a week. Please see our Holiday procedures below for information regarding boarding on holidays. There is a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to complete your booking and secure your pet’s spot for overnight stays. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice will result in cancellation of your booking request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n A 20% non-refundable<\/span> deposit is required for all overnight stays. You must pay this deposit within 24 hours of receiving the invoice or your booking request will be cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable<\/span>. There is no deposit required for daycare visits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n For overnight stays you will receive an email the day before you pick up your pet that will include the remaining balance due on your account. You must pay this balance before picking up your pet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n For daycare visits you will receive your invoice the day of the service. The invoice must be paid before picking your pet up for the day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n While we do board pets throughout the holidays, we do not allow drop offs and pick ups on actual holiday days. No daycare, drop offs or pick ups will be allowed on the following days<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you will need your pet to stay with us over any of these holidays then please make arrangements for them to be here prior to, or after, the above days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Kennel Cough<\/span><\/strong>: Canine infectious respiratory disease is highly contagious and unfortunately common within a setting where several dogs are interacting together. Even with a bordetella vaccine pet’s can still contract kennel cough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Anamazing Pet Vacay, LLC cannot guarantee the health of any animal, but pledges to give the best and appropriate care to all pets. By signing the ‘New Client Registration’ form, you are agreeing to hold Anamazing Pet Vacay, LLC harmless for any conditions that are often unavoidable in a boarding type of environment, including but not limited to, accidental injury, ingestion of foreign objects, weight loss, rough or matted coat, injured toenails, nose sores (also called cage rub), diarrhea, vomiting, internal\/external parasites, kennel cough, upper respiratory infection, parvovirus, and\/or other infectious diseases. Furthermore, I agree to hold Anamazing Pet Vacay, LLC harmless of any loss, disease, or injury to persons, property, or other pets caused by my pet or inflicted by another boarded animal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I understand that animals can be unpredictable and even the most docile pets may occasionally may become aggressive, bite or act in such a way to injure themselves, or other pets, the owner assumes the risk associated with boarding and releases Anamazing Pet Vacay, LLC of any liability. If at anytime wayward behavior is exhibited, isolation may be used. This is to insure the protection of all staff members of Anamazing Pet Vacay, LLC as well as for the safety and protection of your pet. In addition, there will be a Caution Handling fee added to your total bill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n You may provide an alternative\/emergency contact person that you authorize us to contact in the event you are unreachable. You agree that your contact has full authority to make all decisions, including but not limited to, expenditure of funds and veterinary expenses and procedures. If we are unable to reach you or your contact in the event of an emergency, Anamazing Pet Vacay, LLC will transport your pet to the closest veterinary clinic for treatment recommended by the acting veterinarian at the owner’s expense. If someone other than you will be picking up your pet you must provide us with their name and phone number at drop off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Anamazing Pet Vacay, LLC is not open to the public. This is our private, personal home. Please do not open any doors on your own upon arrival.
